We believe that a respectful and fair gaming environment is the foundation of our platform. By participating in NorthernPineHouse, you agree to uphold these principles and help us maintain a community we're all proud of.

Respectful Conduct

Every member of our community deserves to be treated with dignity. We prohibit harassment, bullying, hate speech, and discrimination based on any identity characteristic. Disagreements are natural, but personal attacks are never acceptable. Keep conversations positive and constructive. If someone's behavior makes you uncomfortable, use our reporting tools immediately. Our moderators review all reports and take appropriate action.

Fair Play

NorthernPineHouse is built on the principle that everyone plays by the same rules. Cheating, exploiting glitches, or colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. All game outcomes are determined fairly and transparently. We use automated systems and manual review to detect and prevent cheating. Players caught violating fair play rules will face consequences ranging from warnings to permanent bans.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account's security and activity. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including NorthernPineHouse staff members. Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if available. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, report it to our support team immediately. Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or events. Account sharing and multi-accounting violate our terms and will result in account suspension.

Content Standards

All user-generated content, including usernames, profile descriptions, and in-game chat, must comply with our standards. Avoid explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or content promoting illegal activities. Names that reference hate groups or slurs are not permitted. Misleading or deceptive usernames designed to impersonate staff or other players are prohibited. We reserve the right to rename accounts or remove content that violates these standards.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of these guidelines will result in disciplinary action. First offenses may result in a warning or temporary suspension. Repeated violations or severe misconduct will lead to account suspension or permanent bans. We also reserve the right to remove content and report criminal behavior to law enforcement when appropriate. All enforcement decisions are made by our moderation team and are final.

How to Report Violations

We rely on our community to help maintain a safe environment. If you witness a violation of these guidelines, report it through our in-game reporting system or contact our support team directly. When reporting, provide as much detail as possible, including the username of the violating player, the date and time of the incident, and a description of what occurred.
